How do I return an item?

Returns and Warranty Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your on line purchase. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied or wish to return an item, please send a detailed email, with your full name, a way to contact you, address, and a brief explanation for the return and request for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We will happily accept returns that are in their original packaging and original condition (free from scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear). Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in full, less shipping, handling and a restocking fee of 10% plus any additional charges if applicable. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Client is responsible for payment of return shipping.

Once we have received the product, we will issue a refund check within 2 weeks.

Jewelry tried on and bought directly from me in person, at a show, studio, or through one of my representatives cannot be returned or exchanged. Only jewelry bought through the website can be returned. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.


Repairs
Aine guarantees her work for the first six months from date of purchase. If your jewelry needs to be repaired within the first six months, it will be fixed and returned to you at our expense. The only exception to this policy is if it is determined that the problem was inflicted by some kind of accident, such as banging a crystal on something so it breaks in half, the jewelry being handled roughly etc. If this is the case, we will send you a quote for the repair and you will be charged for the repair and shipping costs to return the item to you. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us for repair.
